Rick K. Kuter, age 60, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
Services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services on Monday at the funeral home.
Rick was born January 7, 1961 in Wisconsin Rapids to Jack and Diane (Zahn) Kuter.
He did seasonal work as well as working at ODC in Wisconsin Rapids for many years.
Rick excelled at karate. He was a black belt as well as an instructor and won many tournaments over the years. He loved watching sports, especially the Packers, Brewers, and Bucks. He was a huge Sylvester Stallone fan and watched all of the Rocky and Rambo movies many times over the years. He enjoyed dining out at Four Star Restaurant in Wisconsin Rapids.
He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church in Wisconsin Rapids. His favorite hymn was Springs of Living Water.
Rick was a sweet guy. He was kind and generous and was always ready with a hug. He is loved and will be missed.
Rick is survived by his father, Jack Kuter of Wisconsin Rapids; his mother and step-father, Diane (Ed) Sell of Vesper; his brothers: Kirby Kuter of Adams, WI, and Randy Kuter and Mike Kuter of Wisconsin Rapids; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; step-brothers: Bruce Bassett and Kevin Bassett; and step-sister, Michelle Pistono. He is preceded in death by his grandparents; an infant sister, Marcy; and his step-mother, Janet Kuter.
