Obituary
Alice M. Kohlman, age 82, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on January 22, 2023.
Per Alice’s request, a private family funeral will be held at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home.
The former Alice Plasky was united in marriage to Russell Kohlman on October 16, 1965 and they had 54 ½ years together at the time of his passing.
Alice was a kind, compassionate woman who gave of her time easily. She was a nurse for over 28 years at Riverview Manor in Wisconsin Rapids. Alice touched many lives during her career and helped many go to their forever home with Jesus.
In her younger years, she loved to go camping. Alice treasured her family and especially watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow.
She is survived by her children, Christine (Robert) Frost, Daniel Kohlman, and Mark Kohlman; six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren; sister Shirley Plasky, and a special niece Lisa Zinda.
Alice was predeceased by her husband, Russell, and sons Stephen and Matthew; her parents Peter and Violet (Kowalski) Plasky, and her sisters Virginia Zinda and Carol Ayres.
